About a week ago we had Bijaya and Rajpreet come to our house to install ultra-fibre. I was thoroughly impressed with their workmanship and care taken with the install. These guys gave a fantastic service, attention to detail, good communication and I was very impressed they respected my property and even vacuumed any mess up. They were very knowledgeable and did not leave site until fibre had been connected and working (including my home phone) despite having to spend a considerable time on the phone to their service centre to investigate why the internet was not working.

I would like to say thank you for sending Mavan, Sudeep & Vikram to my property to install fibre, they were extremely professional, polite and did a fantastic job of ensuring fibre was working to my laptop phone and freeview TV, they would not leave until they were sure everything was working satisfactory, you are extremely lucky to have passionate and professional guys on your team.

Yesterday, fibre broadband was installed in our home, by Travan, Sudeep and Vikram. The install was very good, but what I liked was the courtesy and consultation of the installers. They always took their boots off when working inside the house, and ensured they cleaned up any dust from the result of their work. What I did appreciate was that they ensured both the telephones and computers were working prior to signing off their work. Thank you for the installation.
